A sort of brief photo essay, mainly focusing on Qutub Minar and its surrounding buildings. All photos are with my SLR and I deliberately avoided using wide angles (28mm) or tele (80mm) of my AF-zoom SLR lens. I am proud to say that good results can be obtained with the standard 50 mm also (as I have used in most of my pics below), but this typically involves lot of sweating and running around to get the complete frame. But then that’s fun, isn’t it…

I used a polarizing filter in some instances, typically to bring out the clouds. Hope this gives good feel to pictures. The pics may seem bit dull, not bright enough. It seems a printing problem to me, but I am soon going to develop my own negatives, so lets hope its not something serious. Yeah…I still use film!!

It was a sweaty, hot Delhi summer day and I took some 72 shots. These pics below seemed the best to me, especially in context of composition. But that all is a matter of viewpoint. Leave your comments man. Lets rock this place :-D
